Twin Cities WorkLife Think Tank - Kathy Kacher of Career/Life Alliance, is the organizer of a networking group for companies in the Twin Cities who are dedicated to creating a more effective workplace through the integration of work/life programs, policies and practices.

Purpose:

To discuss work life research, state/federal family policy and identify opportunities to align the public and private sectors and collectively share information.

Goals:

1. To leave with a broadened insight of work/life issues.

2. To identify potential alignments

3. To share information across diverse sectors.
